Fee Schedule
My hourly rate is $125.00 per hour
I have a non-refundable retainer of $250.00
(which will cover the first two hours of your case review)
I will first give you a verbal opinion, and will provide a written opinion if requested.
For court appearance or deposition my fee is $1500 a day to be paid in advance. (Regarless of time spent each day)
In addition, there may be mileage fees as well as misc, office fees (printing, copying mailing)
